We do everything we can to offer you a safe and pleasant visit and ask you to take into account fellow visitors.

You are very welcome to eat or drink something in the Museum Café or on the terrace. For reservations or special requests please call +31 (0)118 653 081. You can also buy take-away items to consume elsewhere.

Museum café

The Museum Café and the Abbey Terrace apply the current applicable measures for the catering industry.

Measures if you have symptoms

You may not visit the museum in the following circumstances:

  • You have cold symptoms such as runny nose, sore throat, (mild) cough, elevated temperature (up to 38 degrees Celsius)
  • You or one of your housemates has a cold and fever (above 38 degrees Celsius) and/or shortness of breath.

Hygiene rules

As you might expect, the museum will be cleaned and sanitised more frequently than usual. We ask visitors to adhere to the following hygiene rules:

  • Wash your hands with soap and water for twenty seconds after touching surfaces that others may have touched. Then dry your hands thoroughly with a paper towel or blower. Discard the paper towels in a sealable waste bin.
  • Use tissue paper to blow your nose and dispose of it in a sealable waste bin and then wash your hands.

The Zeeuws Museum reserves the right to supplement or amend these rules for safe visits, for example if government guidelines give us cause to.
